Pre-Burn Container Migration Trip

We are planning a pre-burn trip that will take place sometime in June 2025. The goal of the trip: 

 

 Grab a large truck and empty our storage unit(s) into that truck 

 While moving that stuff, figure out what to keep and what to throw away or donate 

 While moving that stuff, do some basic maintance and testing, take photos, and put into our inventory management system 

 Purchase bins to store our important items 

 Bring a label maker so we can label all of our bins properly (Aric is bringing a Brady label machine) 

 Move the stuff to Tom Breen's yard 

 Prepare the containers with shelves, power conduits, lights, etc 

 Purchase strong locks for the containers 

 Purchase metal racks and install them into the containers 

 Document everything so anyone can operate the containers 

 Arrange all of our items into our containers 

 Final cleanup, documentation, etc. And get the hell out of there back home
