General Task List

Empire Storage: Load items to 26' uHaul Truck

1. Empty that entire storage unit for sorting
2. Decide what to throw away and what to keep
3. Get rid of the junk
4. Clean the stuff we want to keep, test it and make sure it still works,
   • If it can be fixed, fix it
   • If it can't be fixed, it joins the junk pile
5. Catalog it in our inventory management system
6. Load it onto the 26' uHaul
   
7. The two fridges & freezers are heavy: 4 people per item!

Move our Bike out of Gerlach storage

1. Get all the bike out of storage
2. Use the power washer to rinse the bike from previous year's playa mud
3. Inspect each bike and understand if it's playa-worthy or not
   • If it can be fixed, fix it
   • If it can't be fixed, it joins the junk pile
4. Dispose of the trash
5. Load the good bike onto the bike trailer

Pick up the Interstate Trailer from Gerlach yard

1. Make sure it is road worthy:
   1. Tire pressure (Aric has a pump)
   2. Connect it to the towing vehicle
   3. All lights working (break lights, blinkers)
      
2. Open it and take everything out
3. Clean the stuff we want to keep, test it and make sure it still works,

4. Catalog it in our inventory management system
5. Setup secure shelving / storage and load the stuff we're keeping

• Bike Repair Station
  • Air Compressor
  • Replacement Tubes, Tools, etc.
• Power & Water
  • Generators (ALL OF THEM!!!!)
  • Gas canisters
  • Empty bins to hold ALL of our gas canisters (as per BORG regulations)
  • Handwashing Sink
  • All PVC pipes and any other garden hoses, pumps, etc.
  • The camp's rolling toolbox
  • Any other tools the camp has
  • Lag Bolts (ALL of them)

Trips we must make

1. Food pickup: Patty should have the list of ingredients that need to be picked up
2. Propane Refill: Need to do the math to figure out how many tanks to fill
3. Gasoline Refill: Need to do the math to figure out required gas
4. Hardware store: Pick up any missing plumbing/water parts
