# The high level plan

##### August 22th - Tuesday: Arrival & Prep at Reno

The camp will meet in Reno, and is paying for a single room at the J Resort ([https://www.jresortreno.com/)](https://www.jresortreno.com/)).

The camp has a storage unit at X with a ton of BM equipment stored since last year.

##### August 23rd - Wednesday: Food pickup

Early morning: Small uHaul needs to go pick up food. This requires at least 4 people + Partizia. She will need as many people as possible (10 people at least) at the storage unit to help divide all the food, last year it took several hours because some items were missing. Hopefully won't happen this year as everything's been pre-ordered.

##### August 24th - Thursday: Drive to Black Rock City

##### August 25th & 26th - Friday -> Saturday: Construction

##### August 27th - Sunday: The Beginning

##### September 4th - Monday: The End

##### September 5th - Tuesday: Deconstruction
