Volunteering Process
The Deposit -> Refund proposal
A suggestion was made to handle volunteering in this manner:
- You pay camp dues as usual
- You show up and volunteer
- Assuming you showed up and delivered, your camp dues are refunded back to you
This mechanism would ensure people either show up, or they let us know they can't make it so we can find a replacement.
