Volunteering Process

The depositDeposit -> Refund proposal

A suggestion was made to handle volunteering in this manner:

1. AYou depositpay iscamp madedues as usual
2. You show up and volunteer
3. If everything went well,Assuming you getshowed aup refundand fordelivered, your depositcamp dues are refunded back to you
   

This mechanism would ensure people either show up, or they let us know they can't make it so we can find a replacement.
